BENEFITS OF LEARNING IN A HYBRID ENVIRONMENT

Benefits of learning in a hybrid environment; Hybrid learning  as it name implies gives room for both private and public cloud computing platforms for learning which usually makes both teaching and learning more rewarding.

A hybrid cloud—sometimes called a cloud hybrid—is a computing environment that combines an on-premises datacenter (also called a private cloud) with a public cloud, allowing data and applications to be shared between them. Some people define hybrid cloud to include “multicloud” configurations where an organization uses more than one public cloud in addition to their on-premises datacenter.

Benefits of learning in a hybrid environment;

1. It is very flexible:
Hybrid learning caters for students absence from school as they are able to learn in class which means you can enjoy a face to face interaction with your tutor as well as learn remotely if there is any need for it which makes it easier and more flexible.

2. It limits certain barriers:
A lot of students who learn only through the face to face or person to person method usually face certain challenges and barriers that hybrid learning can conveniently limit for them such as climate or weather condition, location, time, transportation or absenteeism.

3. It improves students access to learning:
With hybrid learning, students taking a course do not necessarily have to be in a particular location this increase their access to learn from any part of the world without having to travel or always be physically present at their place of learning.

4. It encourages the use of EdTech Features:
With hybrid learning, students are more exposed to Edtech features such as cbt, virtual classrooms E library and lots more. This creates more awareness about these features and their functions.
